Methods of Payment
We accept the following methods of payment:
Credit Cards / Charge Cards: We accept: American Express, CarteBlanche, Dinners Club, Discover, JCB, MasterCard, Optima and VISA.
Debit Cards / Check Cards: We accept Debit, Bank and Check cards that carry the MasterCard or VISA logo.
Fraud Protection
To insure that only authorized users are placing Credit, Charge, Debit, Bank or Check card orders; we require that you provide the following information on the Billing Information page:
Card Holder Name: This is your name exactly as it appears on the card.
Billing Address: This is the address exactly as it appears on your monthly statements.
Telephone Number: This is the telephone number that your Credit card company or Bank has on file for the card.
Phone Number of Issuing Bank: This is the customer service telephone number for the Credit card company or Bank.Our Corporate Name
Please note that either BabyBjornShop.com or
Apparel Info Inc., our corporate name, will appear on your credit card statement as the merchant for this order.
Availability
Most orders ship the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Friday from our warehouse in New York. We are closed on all national holidays.
"UPS Ground" orders are shipped using the United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS)at our discretion. "3 Day Select", "Second Day Air" and "Next Day Air" orders ship via UPS.
Please note that orders shipped on Friday may not be delivered until the following week. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as business days.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates will be displayed on the checkout pages for your to review before you confirm your order.
APO and FPO Orders
For APO and FPO, US Military addresses, we will contact you with the shipping charges for you to confirm before we charge your card or ship your order.
Sales Tax
We collect 8.75% Sales Tax on merchandise shipped to addresses within New York State.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or change an order that you have made, please email us immediately as many orders are shipped the same day that they are received.
